Statsy has two plans and every feature is in both. The price depends on one thing: how many events your websites record in a month. Start with 14 days of the full product, and cancel any time before it ends.

## The two plans

Growth is everything to grow one business: every feature, up to 5 websites and 3 team members. Scale is the same product for teams and agencies: unlimited websites and unlimited team members, a workspace per client, higher API limits and priority support.

Both plans include analytics, revenue attribution with five models, session replays, heatmaps, goals, funnels, journeys, live view with purchase intent, Search Console keywords, AI assistant traffic, public dashboards, embeddable widgets, email reports, and the AI tools (MCP server, CLI and REST API). Nothing is held back on the smaller plan.

## What an event is

An event is one pageview, one goal completion or one recorded payment, counted across all your websites. Going over never stops tracking; you are told at 80% and 100% and can move up when you like.

## Data retention and what happens if you stop paying

Data is kept for as long as the plan is active. A failed payment opens a 15-day grace period with everything working. When a plan ends, data is kept for 30 more days, then deleted.

## Enterprise

Self-hosted or a dedicated region, single sign-on, a data processing agreement on your paper, invoiced billing and a support engineer who knows your setup. Write to support@statsy.co with your traffic; we reply within one business day.

## Pricing questions

### What counts as an event?

One pageview, one goal completion or one recorded payment. Events are counted across all your websites together. Clicks, scrolls and replay recordings do not count.

### What happens if I go over my events?

Nothing stops. Every visit is still recorded and every report keeps working. We email you at 80% and again at 100%, and after a week over the included amount the dashboard suggests the next tier. You move up when you are ready.

### Is there a free plan?

No. Every account starts with 14 days of the full product, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. After that, Growth starts at $9 a month.

### How long is my data kept?

For as long as your plan is active. If a payment fails you have 15 days to fix it with everything still working. If the plan ends, the data is kept for 30 more days, then deleted. Restart before that and it all comes back.

### How do I pay?

By card or PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax. In India, by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, in rupees. You see prices in your currency automatically.

### Can I change or cancel later?

Yes, from the billing page. Upgrades apply at once and are charged pro rata; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Cancel in one click; the plan runs to the end of the period and you keep every export.

### What is the difference between Growth and Scale?

None in features. Growth covers up to 5 websites and 3 team members. Scale has unlimited websites and unlimited team members, a workspace per client, ten times the API limits and priority support. Most single businesses stay on Growth.

### Do you offer discounts?
