Plans and the free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature on. A card is required to start it, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing.

Two plans

Growth and Scale include exactly the same features. The difference is scale: Growth covers up to 5 websites and 3 team members; Scale adds unlimited websites, unlimited team members, client workspaces, ten times the API rate limits and priority support.

Adding a sixth website on Growth answers 402 plan_limit in the API and shows the same message in the dashboard. Move to Scale and the limit goes away.

Priced by monthly events

Both plans are priced by how many events you record a month, on a ladder from 10k to 10M. Growth runs from $9 to $179 a month, and Scale from $19 to $349. The pricing page has the full table with every step.

An event is a pageview, a goal completion or a payment. The dashboard shows the month’s count against your included amount, and the count resets on the first of each month.

Note. Going over never stops anything. Nothing is dropped and every visit is still recorded. We email you at 80% and 100%, and after 7 days over we suggest the tier that would cover the month.

Monthly or yearly

Yearly costs 10 months, so two months are free. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like from the billing page.

Currency and payment

Prices are shown in USD or INR, chosen from the country your workspace first connected from. Statsy does not ask you to pick; it reads the country from the connection and remembers it.

• USD goes through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles VAT and sales tax. Pay by card or PayPal.
• INR goes through Razorpay. Pay by UPI, card or net banking.

Once you are subscribed, the workspace keeps the currency it pays in.

What happens when the trial ends

Data keeps arriving. The dashboard becomes read-only until you pick a plan, so you can still see everything but cannot change goals, alerts or settings. Nothing is deleted — an ended trial is never purged. Pick a plan and everything unlocks again.
