How long Statsy keeps raw events, sessions, replays, heatmap totals and aggregate reports, and what happens after a cancellation.
Statsy keeps detail for a limited time and totals for as long as the site exists. That is why a report over a long range still works while a visitor journey from last year does not.
What is kept, and for how long

What this means when you query
Overviews, time series and most breakdowns read rolled-up totals, so they go back as far as the site does. Anything that needs raw events is limited to the last 90 days, and a longer range is quietly clamped — API responses say so with clamped: true.
Raw events are needed for visitor search and journeys, realtime, and for filters and dimensions such as entry page, region, city, language, goal and post. See the REST API overview for the full list.
Tip. If you need history beyond 90 days at row level, export it on a schedule.

After a cancellation
A cancelled plan keeps everything for 30 days, with a warning email three days before the deadline. Restart in that window and nothing is lost. After it, the analytics for the workspace are deleted; sites and settings stay, so a new plan starts collecting again immediately.
An ended trial and an expired redeem code are different: they turn the dashboard read-only and delete nothing.
Deleting sooner
Deleting a site removes its analytics, replays and heatmaps right away rather than waiting for retention to run. Deleting data covers that and account deletion.
